APPOINTMENTS Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated both in consideration of our other guests and in order for you to receive your full service. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to complete our guest pre-treatment form, make your payment, and relax before your spa experience. Payment is required at booking and treatments are paid prior to arrival. Please have consideration for other guests having treatments when using our relaxation area. DRESS No wet swimwear to be worn in the spa. This must be removed before arriving for treatment. GIFT CERTIFICATES / CARDS A spa gift certificate or card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion or holiday. Gift certificates or cards are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-redeemable for cash. Please review all terms and conditions. CANCELLATION If you need to make a cancellation or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any service; a 72 hours notice is required for any spa package or bookings of six or more. 100% of total treatment cost will be charged, if the required hours’ notice period is not given. LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive in plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. If you are running late, every effort will be made to honour your treatment time, but this may not always be possible. GUEST PRE-TREATMENT FORM Before your treatment, you may be required to complete a guest pre-treatment form to safeguard your well-being, comfort, and allow us to safely deliver our services by minimalising risk of injury. MOBILE PHONES Please refrain from using your mobile phone during your visit. In fact, why not just get away from it all and switch it off altogether. AGE REQUIREMENT No treatment will be carried out without adult consent for anyone under the age of 18. 14 years of age and over can have nail, eye and facial treatments with a signed waiver and accompanied by an adult. 16 – 18 year old can have massages with a signed waiver. PREGNANCY Unfortunately we are unable to carry out any treatments to anyone in their 1st trimester but we have some amazing treatments once you reach your 2nd and 3rd trimester. GRATUITY Service charge is not included in your treatments; the best compliment you could give to your therapist is gratuity. It is customary to give 10% if happy with your treatment.
